PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is a facial moisturizer without SPF. Daily Moisturizing Lotion is a face/body lotion; Moisturizing Cream is a richer format. Choose texture and use area rather than treating their position in this list as a universal ranking.
An AM lotion labeled SPF 30 is a sunscreen-containing moisturizer. A PM lotion without SPF does not supply morning sun protection. Apply an SPF product in the amount and frequency its label requires, regardless of the word moisturizer.[3]
